We're not satisfied until you are, so If for any reason the merchandise you received did not live up to your expectations, you can request a return or replacement. Please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to customercareca@myron.com with your order number in the subject line. You may also call us toll free at (866) 816-8811.
To return your order by mail, please follow the 4 steps below:
- Please make sure your order number appears on the outside and inside of all cartons.
- Briefly explain the problem with your order.
- If an imprint error has occurred, please provide the correct imprint with your return.
