Customer Expectations / Met - Exceeded
Been using these calendars for 9 years now. I now have individuals (customers) that almost demand their annual delivery. It's a great feeling going into marketing/sales/administration, etc and seeing your company prominently displayed on a desk/work station. I've even had requests for "an extra" for home to be used as the family copy for everything from Dr.'s appointments to school functions. Seeing the entire month at a glance is very helpful in planning. I would be in real trouble (with a few customers) if I didn't provide this great tool. I guess that's why we have these great relationships, tremendous win-win !!!
