We use the pens for sales and advertizing for our company of course. The fact that these pens are higher quality makes my customers keep them for a long time. I even had an occasion to sell one of our trucks because the customer had forgotten our name when refering us to another possible customer so he found his pen and gave him our name and we sold them a truck.

We sold 10 of these to a customer who gave them to his employees. He liked the pens and our retail store so much that he wanted our name to be engraved on them! Now WE have a happy customer and his employees know of us, as well. The weight and grip on these pens are very comfortable and usable. The flashlight at the top is the amazing bonus. How often at work do we need a tiny spotlight--- often!

I have used the Royale Excel pen for years and it is the best pen on the market. The light is great and the pen writes first time every time.
