The pens are smooth when writing. The construdtion is an easy grip. As a charity using these pens as a fundraiser we will enjoy selling them to our customers

The pen writes well - like the twist function of getting the pen tip displayed. The finish on the pen itself is very nice.

Only 3 not opening out of 100 I'm sure they will send replacement. Quick response time on order. No complaints. Clients love these. I give as gifts and promotions.
