we always order the same pen year after year. We are very happy with the service but the on line reorder is very difficult to reorder the pens. You always have to call to place your reorder. We love our pens and so does our clients.

I use this product as a give-a-way for advertising. My customers are aviation pilots of all levels and love the light on this pen for dark cockpits. Most pilots also use an ipad in this high tech era instead of paper maps, so the stylus is valuable to them. Then of course just having a pen included is great. The mechanism of the pen is not great. The pen has a tendency to retract while writing and turning it dosen't always put it in the writing position. I buy this pen because of the light and stylus, not for the pen.

I use the pens as a gift to my client's at closing. What is the status of my calendars I ordered almost two weeks ago.

This is a very nice pen to the touch, writes well, lasts fairly long, bright light for looking in dark places. Customers are happy to receive them, even tell me of not being able to keep it because another family member takes it.
